Military Funeral Honor: Williston
The Rendering of Military Funeral Honors is a way to show the nation's deep gratitude to those who have faithfully defended our country in time of war and peace. The ceremonial paying of respect is the final demonstration that a grateful nation can provide to a veteran's family.
This photo was taken at a recent Military Funeral for a decorated WWII 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army. SPC Kacey Krueger, Armed Forces National Guard of Minot, North Dakota leaves a very big impression on all who witness this military honor...here it is expressed in a hand shake by the decedents Great Grandson.

Good Neighbor Day!: Williston
Good Neighbor Day is a great opportunity for the funeral directors at Fulkerson Funeral Home to be in the presence of the public on a "Happy Occasion"; a nice change for us to the public observance we are usually associated with... September 3, 2009 the local florist provided hundreds of roses, a dozen at a time, to smiling cliental who are asked to share a rose with a friend, hence touching 11 friends with a rose and a smile. We all know the power of a smile! So it is a nice "warm fuzzy" for our staff to be involved in sponsorship of this special day in our community. The only cost to the client is a donated food item suitable for the Salvation Army's local food Pantry; another worthwhile provider in the community...two birds with the same stone...not a bad thing at all. See you there, share a rose and a smile, and feed those who have fallen on bad times!
